Our bookkeeping services are offered at fixed rates, customized to fit your unique needs. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your organization, ensuring you get the best value without surprises.
Packages typically include reconciliations, financial reports, accounts payable/receivable (if selected), payroll management, 1099 preparation, annual donor statements for churches, and monthly check-in meetings.
Payment is set up on auto-pay and is processed monthly.
The client is responsible for the cost of their QBO subscription. However, The Good Steward can manage this for you—we receive a discounted rate on QBO and can pass that savings directly on to you. This way, you still cover the subscription cost, but at a lower price than if you purchased it on your own.
Yes, each business will have its own signed agreement for clarity and clean records.
Yes — you’re free to cancel anytime. We ask for at least 14 days’ notice so we can wrap things up smoothly. In the same way, if we ever needed to end services, we’d also give you 14 days’ notice to ensure a seamless transition.
